“The building's bones tell a story of Victorian ambition near Scarborough Beach, and the live entertainment aims to keep things lively; I noticed the multiple dining options which is a plus. Despite some reports of uneven upkeep, the location is truly central for exploring. It strikes me as a place with good intentions, working hard to offer value.”
