the staff assisted with a surprise before check-in. the location is excellent near clifford's tower. breakfast was lovely with a view of clifford's tower.

the hotel had a good location near the main shopping street. the shambles was a short walk away. the room was well designed and equipped. breakfast had enough choice.

the shower base had a smooth surface. the fire alarm went off at 2 am. this disrupted the sleep and no explanation was given at checkout.

digital panel breakfast variety small room poor lighting

the room temperature was controlled by digital panel. this made it easy to keep room at right warmth. breakfast had mix of cereals, cooked breakfast, breads, and fruit. it was better than some hotels.

the room was very small. with two single beds, it was hard to move around. lighting was also poor. one light was not working.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and cute. Breakfast had variable options with staff constantly taking care of the tables. Vegetarian options were present.
