The hotel is near the train station. it is a quick walk to the city center. all staff acted in a friendly manner. they were helpful. the hotel was decorated beautifully for christmas. i appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel.
the bar had a poor selection of wines. service at the bar was slow.

the staff was friendly and helpful.
the air conditioning unit was not working correctly, it constantly switched between cold and warm air. the minibar was also empty, so i had to call room service. twice. this was quite frustrating

the hotel has an excellent location near the train station and historic areas. the beef wellington dinner was delicious. staff members were helpful and friendly.
the bar had slow service and a limited wine selection.

excellent service clean room
the customer service was perfect. our room was very clean and spacious. i liked the chocolates. my bags were already in my room, this detail was particularly helpful.
the bed had material peeling off the headboard. the bathroom had a sharp piece of metal on the bath. these issues didn't ruin my stay, though i noticed it.
