Really good stay

warm staffclean roomdated gym
I found the staff cute and respectful. The room was clean and well kept. I especially appreciated the excellent room service. The courtyard was quite amazing. I enjoyed walking around it.
I noticed that the gym could benefit from a refurbishment. It felt a bit dated. The pool area seemed small and could get crowded if more than a few people were present. The changing rooms also felt quite compact

the location was perfect for my trip. i arrived and left practically directly from the station. my room had a view of the city wall, i did not expect that. a short walk brought me into the city, i was able to visit the minster, the shambles and jorvik.
radiators did not work in my room. i ended up using four oil heaters to keep the temperature comfortable. water leaked from the shower door, it soaked the bathroom floor.
