“This hotel impresses with its bold design and central location, a prime spot for exploring Manchester's Christmas markets and dining scene. The rooftop bar is a highlight, though it seems its exclusivity can impact the overall atmosphere. Expect stylish, comfortable rooms and generally attentive service; I did note, however, that a few service hiccups can occasionally occur.”

Excellent Stay
complimentary breakfast convenient parking
The lady at reception remembered me from a previous visit and offered complimentary breakfast. This gesture was thoughtful and a real asset to the hotel. The hotel decor is great, and the valet parking was convenient.
My window had a thick layer of dirt due to scaffolding. I couldn't see out or let light in. I requested a room change or window cleaning but was told no. Room service didn't answer after multiple calls before abruptly closing.
Dining
9/10
The hotel provides a welcome drink upon arrival. Breakfast featured a wide selection of pastries and hot dishes. All tasted fresh. I enjoyed the convenience and variety offered.
Rooms
8/10
The Executive Double room included comfortable bedding and modern furnishings. The room size was adequate for a short stay. I found the blackout curtains effective for a restful sleep.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel felt clean. The lifts provided the only access in and out of the hotel. I observed the lifts to be small and dimly lit .
Service
10/10
The staff at reception were nice and helpful. The concierge was professional and friendly and assisted with directions. I found the service attentive
