The hotel location was very close to my work. I requested a room viewing the city and they accommodated it. They gave free drink vouchers at the front desk, which I greatly appreciated. The late check out was also a pleasant surprise. I also liked the free internet, which allowed me to work from the hotel without any problems.
The room got hot during the night, and the temperature gauge did not seem functional.

The staff was friendly and helpful . Reception quickly assisted, by providing an extra radiator, when I mentioned the room was chilly. I appreciated the attentiveness and prompt resolution.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to key areas. It is a walkable distance from the railway station and the main pedestrian street. It made exploring the city very convenient.

this was my second stay. the room was spacious. there was an excellent bed and shower. tea and coffee making facilities were available with a good variety of teas. i found an iron and ironing board in the room. everything was super clean.
the telephone in my room was not connected! despite reporting it and being told the manager would come, the problem was never dealt with

Convenient parking is located under the hotel. It was free for disabled driver parking disk holders! i also noticed the hotel is very convenient to the railway station, a definite plus.
