Adequate Stay Near the Airport
easy walk coffee facilities price fluctuation basic room
I appreciated the ease of access to departures. It was an easy walk from the hotel. There were plenty of food and drink options available onsite. I also found tea and coffee facilities in the room, alongside a great shower. That was a welcome sight.
The hotel stay presented a few issues. I found prices fluctuated, especially during shows at the NEC. the room was basic, though clean and tidy enough.

Check-in was a mess. it took way too long! the receptionist seemed completely uninterested and didn't even apologize for the wait. I had to go back down and sort it all out. what a waste of time!!!

great service lovely food
the hotel is located near the airport terminal. staff member harman provided great service in the restaurant. the nachos i had was lovely.
the room temperature controls did not work.
