Check-in was a mess. it took way too long! the receptionist seemed completely uninterested and didn't even apologize for the wait. I had to go back down and sort it all out. what a waste of time!!!

the hotel is located near the airport terminal. staff member harman provided great service in the restaurant. the nachos i had was lovely.
