faulty air conditioninginadequate fan

the air conditioning did not function correctly. the room temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout my stay. i reported this issue, but it was not resolved effectively. the lack of a functioning air conditioner made sleeping difficult. the fan provided was inadequate to compensate for the heat.
