central location helpful staff luggage storage convenient amenities
The location proved wonderfully central to my needs, with easy access to amenities (a sainsbury's just across the way was so useful!). the staff were accommodating. They even stored my luggage after checkout while i enjoyed a relaxed breakfast. i greatly appreciated the dental kit provided when i realized i had forgotten mine. the restaurant offered a solid breakfast, and the team members working there were friendly and efficient.

The breakfast included a good selection. The waffle maker stood out (a good touch i hadn't encountered before). i found the dining area clean and well kept. the staff kept everything stocked.

check-in and check-out were handled quickly and smoothly, made my arrival and departure seamless. i was able to find reasonably priced car parking nearby, which helped a lot. the customer service was very responsive when needed.

The room had a good shower with decent temperature. the reception staff was friendly. Their service was efficient. breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection of items.
the cleaners were banging on the door at 10:30, and checkout wasn't until 11. it was nice, but it wasn't a major issue.

The breakfast offered a generous buffet. I noticed a waffle station, where guests can prepare waffles and add various toppings. there was a good selection of sauces and marshmallows. it catered well to children's tastes.

Mediocre stay. Some issues present
insufficient coffee uncomfortable bed
the location proved acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
The room lacked sufficient coffee and tea provisions for the number of guests. the fold-out bed was also quite uncomfortable due to its noticeable metal parts. finally, the breakfast buffet presented limited options. Canned fruit and a long wait for vegetarian sausage were particularly disappointing.

Excellent stay near the Arena!
quiet room excellent breakfast helpful staff
The location was perfect for accessing the arena nearby. Staff members were pleasant and very helpful . Breakfast offered a good selection of high-quality choices. I was impressed. The room was clean, quiet, and on the 15th floor, a bonus!
The lifts were a bit slow, causing minor delays when going to and from the car park.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! There was a very good selection with fresh bananas and a make-your-own waffle station, which I thought was a lovely touch. I really enjoyed the options available each morning.

The car park provided convenient parking. That was a big advantage. The location is also near public transport. Access to the city center is easy with a short walk, and there were many restaurants in the surrounding area.

I found the staff consistently helpful and attentive to my needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. The room provided ample workspace and was adequate for my needs. It was a pleasant experience overall.
The shower drain was slightly blocked, and the water overflowed a bit outside the cubicle.
