faulty lockhot water

The double lock on the inside of the entry door did not work. I couldn't lock it after asking staff. the hot water in the shower kept running hot and cold, a frustrating experience. the plug in the washbasin also failed to maintain any water.

I found this hotel to be clean. The views from my room were amazing. The setting of the restaurant also created a scenic atmosphere. I really appreciated the secure and easily accessible VIP underground parking.

I did experience one issue, there was noticeable noise from other rooms, which disrupted the quiet environment (I hoped for a bit more soundproofing).

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The mini fridge was stocked daily. The beds are comfortable. Each room includes complimentary bottled water, which I certainly appreciated.

The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of options (especially great if you love a good English breakfast!). The restaurant offers scenic views from the 5th floor. I really enjoyed the wide selection, and everything tasted fantastic.

marijuana smellineffective shower screen

upon returning to my room late at night, a distinct smell of marijuana permeated the corridor i also noticed a brown mark on one of the pillows and the pillows themselves had an unpleasant odour the shower screen proved ineffective as it failed to contain water within the bathtub resulting in water spillage onto the bathroom floor
