The staff are really helpful here. I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were impressively spacious, they gave me plenty of room to relax. The leisure facilities, especially the pool, kept me entertained and happy. The beds were comfortable ensuring a great night's sleep.
The pillows were quite uncomfortable for me. That is a very slight drawback.

The hotel features a spa, a heated pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi area and i found everything to be very clean. There is ample free parking around the hotel. It makes it easy to come and go.

i received a complimentary breakfast alongside a room upgrade at check-in and i found the room size excellent. the breakfast buffet presented a decent choice of options with fresh selections and i loved the easy parking with well soundproofed rooms.
the rooms could use some tlc as i noticed slight mould in the bathroom.

the room was not ready when i arrived. the receptionist seemed grumpy and quite rude. the room key did not work so i had a long trek back to reception. the receptionist should be kinder.

beth provided a warm welcome at check-in. she helped us quickly when we learned our first room felt too warm. abby edwards accommodated my wife's dietary needs that evening. the pool area has a sauna and steam room.
i noticed a clump of hair on the carpet upon arrival. i also saw hair in the bath plug hole. there were not enough towels for our room of four. breakfast seemed chaotic the first morning because there were not enough staff.
