i Visited and find the staff really NICE. the spa facilites WERE great, i did enjoyed free parking, AND a big-sized single bed. i also took advantage of the big screen tv and a/c.
the room WERE a bit dated. i also noticed a smell of urine IN the room. the room's LOCATION near the kitchen and delivery area was a drawback.

faulty alarm rude staff
The food at the Oak Room was good. The dinner service was efficient.
I booked a spa break and my room was near a Burns night event. I heard noise past midnight! The staff did not warn me about this location. A faulty fire alarm went off at 7am. It woke everyone up. The staff in the relaxation room were loud. They took lunch orders in there.

lovely WEDDING celebration!

expert organisation helpful staff smooth day
i GOT married here on Sunday! the ceremony was in the secret garden then the party happened in the suite later. the whole day had expert organisation, and the staff helped us have the day we dreamed. every single staff member were pretty good too make sure the day went smoothly. heather, the wedding co-ordinator planned the entire event!
the car park was very full. it had a 60th birthday party, a 70th birthday party a baby 'shower' and a wedding reception.

staff offered quick service. the reception provided efficient assistance upon arrival, and the concierge was readily available to handle luggage. staff always answer requests quickly, this is a BIG plus.

the suite double bed included a seating area with a sofa and armchairs. this room came equipped with a mini-fridge and complimentary bottled water. blackout curtains ensure a dark room.
