i had a very pleasant stay. the room was very clean. staff at reception were friendly and helpful. the location is near broad street, but far enough for it to be quiet at night.
some bathroom fittings were a little worn.

The hotel has an on-site restaurant that offers a discount if you spend a certain amount. My room was spacious and included Ritual toiletries. The car park felt very secure and that was the best feature I found.
The air conditioning in my room seemed to turn itself off after a few minutes , which meant the room never fully cooled down.

the room was clean, which i really appreciated. the staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to help (they were really on top of things). the hotel had good facilities, including a gym.
i noticed the room smelled a bit sweaty (like a teenager's bedroom). the shower made a loud noise (like a light aircraft taking off). i think the parking charges are too high for overnight stays.
