early check-in super clean room yoga mat great cocktail
the early check-in time at 1pm suited my schedule perfectly. the room was super clean , showing attention to detail in cleanliness. i appreciated the yoga mat provided in my room , a thoughtful touch. the bar offered great cocktails in a beautiful setting.
i noticed the secondary glazing hadn't been cleaned.

The room was quite clean and the bed acceptable.
The bar staff seemed too busy to notice anyone. My room was also small for the amount I paid. I could hear music coming from the ballroom until midnight it was loud.

The room was spacious (i stayed in a beautiful room). i appreciated the cleanliness. the location was also quite convenient. Many restaurants were nearby.
the bar required reservations, even for hotel residents. i found this inconvenient. the room i had faced the street, and there was noise. also, i couldn't find any readily available support for parking options, a bit frustrating.

some issues encountered
slow service stale pastries
I encountered some problems . the breakfast service was quite slow. Guests arriving after us received their orders first. my iced coffee was lukewarm, and when i complained, the server offered tea instead. additionally, the pastries tasted stale, and my partner's sourdough toast was uncooked. The shakshuka was also bland and inedible.

The room looked great. It was a beautiful room. the housekeeping team kept everything super clean. bar staff were friendly and accommodating, even without a reservation. i definitely plan a return visit.
the room temperature was difficult to regulate. i expected better climate control. in a hotel of this caliber.
