a satisfactory visit
clean spa excellent customer service poor welcome ignorant staff
the spa facilities were clean. the customer service from all the staff was excellent. i took advantage of the leisure facilities. i even came back in the morning for a sunrise swim and jacuzzi.
the welcome was disappointing as i realised what i had read on the room description regarding wine was not met. there was no attempt to honour this, not even a goodwill gesture.

Relaxing Hotel Stay
ample parking smooth check-in outdoor jacuzzi
I found ample parking upon arrival. Check-in was smooth, and the staff assisted with luggage. The spa area was quirky and provided necessary elements for relaxation. A nice touch was the outdoor jacuzzi.
The hotel lighting in certain areas was not optimal. It was difficult to see without using a phone torch. This made tasks like preparing for an event challenging. Extra time was required due to poor illumination.

The spa includes an outdoor jacuzzi and several treatment rooms. The leisure facilities were clean and well-kept, allowing sunrise swims and use of the jacuzzi. There is ample parking available .
Service

Rooms

The bedroom featured fabulous attention to detail and lovely decor. The room included TVs with Netflix. The bed was super comfortable and the space felt very high-quality and well thought out-
