great hotel near the beach

the room allocated was clean and spacious. i like to stay in the TOP floor rooms. the hotel is situated right on the beach front and close to beach front entertainment. staff were very courteous and helpful, ALL the time.
the check-in felt a little unwelcoming. no welcome drink was offered AS i checked in.

The swimming pool IS big and overlooks the sea, quite nice. the gym has several machines for travellers who want to keep up with their exercise routines during vacation.

The location is great because it is near the beach. There are also many restaurants nearby. We didn't have to rush breakfast because there were enough sunbeds. The rooms were cleaned every day and were very neat.
The pool seemed small and got crowded quickly. were very noisy and loud during the day. The noise made a relaxing holiday difficult. The safe required a daily fee of 3 euros, I find this annoying.

Location were great for reach restaurants and bars.
I stayed in this hotel. The evening food tasted poor in the main restaurant. One night they were full with many extra guests. Staff were not enough to serve drinks. I wrote to management but they never respond.

i traveled with my family, a group of three adults. the location is superb, directly across from the beach and near many shops and restaurants. the hotel is newly renovated and clean throughout. cleaning occurred all day, every day, and the standards seemed the highest we have ever seen.. staff were friendly, courteous, and eager to assist. service standards were perfect.
Some sliding doors for the wardrobe and bathroom were very difficult to open. getting a sunbed proved tricky unless one queued early. This impacted relaxation. i wish there was a better system to ensure fair access to sunbeds without requiring a long wait.

our room, a junior suite, was beautiful and featured a wonderful sea view. it included a very large, comfortable bed. a mini-bar was fully stocked, and a kettle and coffee machine were present.

the hotel's location is excellent, placing it directly across from the beach. many shops and a variety of restaurants are just steps away. this proximity enhances the convenience .
