Holiday World offers Select Sky and Select Unique rooms at Holiday Riwo hotel, providing maximum comfort. Accommodations include 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Rooms feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a desk, a terrace, and a private bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning, a mini-bar, garden furniture, free toiletries, AM/FM alarm clock, and complimentary premium WiFi. Select rooms also provide bathrobes, slippers, espresso coffee machines, and kettles. Mattresses and textiles combine comfort with the latest technology.

Onsite Dining

Guests can dine at the 'Kiara' buffet restaurant or the 'Maeva' buffet. The 'Chic Bar' provides drinks and music, while the 'Jalapa Chambao Snack Bar' by the pool offers refreshments. My family and i stayed here for a week. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the food had a good variety and tasted excellent. the pools were clean, and safety was a priority. i also liked the activities for children. They had excellent entertainment in the evenings.

the balcony furniture seemed flimsy and made of plastic. there seemed plenty of room for a sun lounger, which would have improved it. i would have liked more sturdy outdoor furniture on the balcony.

The hotel is close to many attractions i could get to quickly. the hotel offers a shuttle to different attractions. It was very diverse. it made it easy to see the area.

The staff always seemed ready to help and were very attentive. the employees were disposed to assist with anything. They were fantastic. they treated us like family. They were the best!

The pool area includes loads of entertainment for both adults and kids all day. hot food, snacks, and drinks are available all day. They are great. the waterpark nearby has a bus that runs every 10 minutes.

The staff were so LOVELY and attentive . The food had a wonderful selection and exciting rotation between different world cuisines. The animation team were superb at getting everyone involved. I even got a 12pm checkout, so useful!!!

i am unsure about any negative reviews about this resort. our welcome was warm and friendly when we arrived. the reception staff offered us a drink and food (that was so thoughtful!). our room had a fantastic view. there were many available sun loungers by the pool area.

there was a slight charge for using the aqua park, it was not included in the all inclusive package.
