i am unsure about any negative reviews about this resort. our welcome was warm and friendly when we arrived. the reception staff offered us a drink and food (that was so thoughtful!). our room had a fantastic view. there were many available sun loungers by the pool area.

there was a slight charge for using the aqua park, it was not included in the all inclusive package.

the hotel is near the beach, within walking distance. this allowed for convenient access to the shore. the beach club (aqua park) is only a short, five-minute walk away providing added recreational options.

staff members were helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. restaurant staff (especially johana medina) were attentive and was so good. their dedication made the holiday more enjoyable, staff consistently displayed professionalism and a positive attitude.
