The staff were helpful and friendly. all staff were able to speak english. i requested two rooms next to each other, along with a kettle in the room. This request was fulfilled. the children's pool was close to our rooms.
check-in was slow upon arrival. i got lucky and was seen quickly while in the queue. the hotel is huge and has a lot of people.

the staff greeted me so warmly, and they kept everything clean. i also thought the variety of drinks included in the all-inclusive package was great, especially all the different spirits they offered. dinner provided simple options with lovely sauces and salads, so i could customize my meal just how i liked..
the only very slight issue i encountered was that sometimes the pool area felt a little crowded with sun loungers.

The hotel boasts large pools that are perfect for kids and adults. I saw many families spending quality time there. plenty of space to relax and enjoy the water is available, along with some nice shaded areas for breaks from the sun.

The location is unbeatable. the hotel is right on the beachfront. it is only a short distance to the airport. This, especially with all our luggage in tow.

The elevators were quite small, barely accommodating four adults.

the rooms were spacious. multiple swimming pools were available for use. i found the location to be great. the hotel is very close to the beach, a definite advantage.
The bed in my room felt quite hard. It may not suit guests with back issues.
