a mixed bag of hard rock experiences
dirty tables coffee pods
Breakfast was especially good. I mean, very excellent selection.
I requested two rooms near each other way in advance, but ended up on different floors. the food and service by the pool was abysmal, with staff visibly arguing and dirty tables everywhere. rooms are okay, but nothing is replenished. I constantly had to ask for coffee pods that never arrived.

the live music around the pool was great. i liked the lobby and bar areas, they had a cool vibe (. the daily room service kept everything clean and tidy. we found plenty of sun loungers near the pool.
the tv had a netflix button that didn't work, a bit annoying.

i loved the hotel's fantastic vibes. the staff were super friendly, guiding me to a smooth check-in. my room was upgraded by a cute staff member, and my luggage was promptly delivered. i chilled by the amazing pool with a great dj, enjoying tasty chips and drinks. free striped towels!!!
