The location is good and most of the staff are friendly and professional.

The hotel definitely needs refurbishment. I saw cracked tiles and flaking paintwork everywhere. My room was noisy because of furniture moving above and beside my room. The noise was especially bad when the entertainment was karaoke night. It lasted until midnight.
