the hotel provided a wonderful experience. the rooms were impeccably clean (i noticed staff maintaining cleanliness constantly). the staff always provided really good service. i really enjoyed the various pool areas with plentiful sun loungers.

the evening entertainment felt somewhat limited and could benefit from more variety (a wider range of performances would be great).

scenic cliff views are easily accessible, just a brief walk from the hotel entrance. nearby beaches offer pleasant excursions, with olhus dagua beach being particularly charming and close. vilamoura, with its marina, is a longer walk along the beach.

staff members displayed a friendly and committed attitude, always willing to assist guests. i met ingrid at the restaurant entrance and she always greeted me with a warm smile. the cleaning team maintained high standards and always greeted me.

The pools are very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers numerous pools to enjoy. free towels are provided ' convenience. the hotel features upper terraces built around trees, providing quieter sunbathing spots (a peaceful retreat).

the family room was a good size. it had storage space. the beds were comfy. rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. food had lots of options in the main restaurant. two other restaurants were fabulous. drinks were served with a smile. one hotel included cider. i recommend this place. i would return.

the staff was lovely and also helpful. they always had a smile on their faces. the cleaning staff went the extra mile and added touches. it ensured the room remained super clean during our entire stay.

the location is ideal. there are a lot of amenities nearby. it is easy to access transportation via uber. it is a short stroll to shops and bars. a little further leads to a little beach.

i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the housekeeping service did an excellent job maintaining it. i also liked the variety of food choices at the oriental restaurant. we enjoyed the sushi and other asian dishes they offered.

the poolside area felt cramped. the sunbeds were positioned closely together with little space between them. additionally, some deck boards was to have gaps. the entertainment was not of high quality. the hotel did not seem willing to invest in better acts.
