The hotel's location is GREAT. Beach access is simple. Our room was clean upon arrival. Cleaners provided fresh towels every day. The food selection each day was AMAZING!!!

The elevators were quite small. We sometimes waited a bit.

the hotel had a great position right on the beach. the staff worked hard and kept the rooms clean. fluffy, clean towels were provided.

the lifts seemed scary. they did not sense if you're still halfway through the door when they were closing. i think, the lifts need to be updated.

The doors to the hotel locked very early. the front and back entrances were locked! even with my key card, i couldn't get in, and neither could another family member inside. this felt unsafe. A fire would be a serious issue. also, the room definitely needed some tlc. the decor felt outdated, and things like the bathroom fixtures could use an update.

the location was really good. the food and drinks were wonderful and the staff was fantastic! the pool was great and the sun beds were very comfortable! a special mention for the entertainment staff is required. they were upbeat and positive.

the hotel is very tired and needs a revamp. you need to be aware you think you are in a hotel but you will probably be in apartment blocks.

I was charmed by the hotel's position right on the beach, it was fantastic! the staff were always so helpful and kind, especially with directions. the food selection was amazing and varied. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. it was a wonderfully carefree experience.

The lifts were quite slow and occasionally out of service. This made getting around the different levels a little inconvenient.
