convenient location friendly staff slow process empty area

the location near the beach was very convenient for me. my garden suite had a full kitchen and a spacious lounge, it was great for preparing meals. staff was friendly at reception, and they were always smiling.

the check-in process felt slow, it was not a great start. i also noticed the children's play area seemed empty, it was sad to see no kids enjoying it.

I really appreciated the comfortable beds and the well-equipped bathroom. It had great rainfall showers. the hotel grounds were very well maintained. The landscape is excellent! the resort has a nice location close to the beach.

the tv reception was a bit intermittent. sometimes, it blinked off and on..
