blood stainunhelpful staff
i was expecting a great experience, but i faced some issues. i found a dried blood stain on the floor under the sink, it was disgusting. ALSO, room service took over an hour to deliver my food and it was cold and inedible. the staff were unhelpful when i asked for the menu AS there wasnt one in my room.

The staff is super friendly. The bedrooms are very clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The swimming pools are lovely and so is the scenery around the hotel. The hotel offers a good selection of food at meal times in the restaurant. It is fantastic.
Some of the gym equipment needs updating. This does not stop you from using it though.

Excellent Golf Resort Experience!

The staff greeted us warmly, and the facilities impressed me. Breakfast included much variety and a lovely view! Our room featured good size plus a lounge. Beds provided much comfort and showers included hot water with good pressure.
The bar inside the hotel is quite small, with just casual chairs and tables. That did not stop us to have a great time , however.

Staff members throughout the hotel proved friendly , and helpful to all of our requests. Nicole , the service manager , was helpful plus she ensured a comfortable stay. Rodrigues constantly checked to see if we needed anything.

Breakfast featured many options and the food tasted delicious with plenty of choices for everyone! Ana at breakfast greeted us with a smile , and ensured our coffee cups stayed full! I totally enjoyed dining.

The hotel offers several pools, including a dedicated children's pool. a quiet chill-out option. The main pool is large with many sunbeds and umbrellas. A bar by the pool served refreshing food and drinks.

I visited the hotel in 2024 and stayed for a few nights. the breakfast was very good with a great choice of options. the staff was excellent and organized a doctor visit when my wife felt unwell. They also checked on her regularly.
the air conditioning system was inconsistent, and it was quite loud. i noticed there was no hot water from the taps unless the shower was running.
