i found spacious options in the hotel. the location was great. the staff was very cute, friendly, and always ready to help. the recently refurbished nest bar provided a relaxing setting to enjoy cocktails and food. i found the breakfast buffet and menu service well organized and efficient.

The hotel provides a great location. This is definitely a plus. i recommend the bike tour. it leaves from the hotel and goes through the salt marsh. it also leads to beaches south of the hotel.

The grounds of the hotel are GORGEOUS. The outdoor infinity pools were very nice! The hotel staff were the best I have ever seen.
the aircon in the room was a problem, it only had low to high settings, not specific temperatures.

The air conditioning system was not user-friendly, just offering low to high settings. This made maintaining a comfortable temperature difficult, and I didn't sleep well because of it. The duvet was too warm for the poorly regulated room temperature, which compounded the issue.

the staff showed genuine kindness. the hotel had super clean cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere. amenities included three pools, two outside and one indoor (ideal for any weather). a/c in my bedroom was excellent.
the breakfast service was slow. i waited twenty minutes for someone to take my order. it was not even busy.

The staff were excellent throughout my stay. They were positive and enthusiastic. It felt as if nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely seemed to be enjoying their work. SERVICE was great!
the AIRcon in my room was a problem. it did not allow me to set a specific temperature, just low to high. the duvet on the bed was VERY warm. My sleep suffered because I couldn't adjust the aircon properly WITH that warm bed.
