tired room dire food
For a pricey hotel, I found my room to be not as comfortable as before. It seemed tired, and the food offered by room service was dire. The breakfast chef only presented overcooked bacon, cold sausages, and boring sides.
The breakfast selection was extensive. Staff members were efficient and helpful. The bar area offered complimentary nibbles and amazing views.
The room service food selection was quite limited.

noisy air conditioning lack of towels
The breakfast had plenty of options.
The air conditioning was very noisy. I asked for it to be looked at, it remained noisy. the pool lacked available towels late in the day.
