I found the staff very friendly. The rooftop pool was lovely and quite busy. The outdoor bar on the rooftop was nice.. My room included its own outdoor patio. It was large and comfortable. The location was very good. It was an easy stroll to all attractions.
The plates at breakfast were a bit on the small side. If I had one bigger plate that's all I would have used, instead of three plates. It caused a waste of products and extra cleaning which shouldn't be needed.

The staff provided assistance with taxis to the train station. They were also happy to look after our bags after check out. This service was efficient and helpful, especially given my travel arrangements.

The staff was cute and helpful! My room was clean and quiet. It offered plenty of space. I found a fantastic restaurant and bar just across the street which was well worth visiting, really adding to my stay.

This hotel feature wonderful staff. Manuel provided great assistance with parking in the private underground lot. I also appreciate the vast breakfast and food quality. The sparkling wine in my room.
I feel like the hotel didn't change my sheets very regularly. I noticed this only after four days. The cleaners also forgot to put things in place.

i was thrilled with my room upgrade to a terrace room! the pool was very refreshing after exploring the city. the bar staff were attentive (i really enjoyed a club sandwich with my drink!). i found the breakfast vast and of great quality.
the air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, but it was a minor thing.
