The location was superb, right in the center (everything felt close). the staff were genuinely helpful. They provided great tips for local attractions. i especially liked the rooftop bar. It was a nice spot to unwind. i found the bed quite comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
the street noise was slightly noticeable in the mornings, but i brought earplugs (so, not a huge deal).

The breakfast buffet presented a good variety. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. there were many choices, so everyone should find something. the rooftop terrace offers food and drinks with partial views of the cathedral.

a rooftop terrace provides a spot for relaxation and city views. the hotel includes a pool, although i did not use it. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was clearly maintained. the decor was modern and tasteful.

the reception staff offered friendly assistance and recommendations for local sights. they seemed happy to help. i got offered valet parking, convenient upon arrival. they really are kind people.

the hotel sits centrally near the santa cruz area. the cathedral and royal palace were within short walking distance. many places to eat were close to the hotel. it is a very convenient spot.

the room was large and well equipped. it was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. bottles of water were replenished daily.
All of the floors in the whole hotel are tiled. this meant there was a lot of noise in our room from other residents. Walking along the corridors was noisy. the nights were disturbed.
