the hotel provided a very clean room and public areas. i found the grill to order option a lovely touch, offering fresh omelets and pancakes at breakfast. i also liked the drinks service that included premium brands as part of the all-inclusive package. we were within walking distance of shops and restaurants (which was convenient).
the balcony doors in my room did not close completely, and despite reporting it, a permanent fix wasn't arranged . i would have appreciated a more proactive response regarding the room's safety feature.

i found the sea view from the balcony very romantic. the location near the beach allowed us peaceful walks. the buffet breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!) and provided many choices. i appreciated the taxi rank within a short walk as it made transportation easy.
perhaps more frequent maintenance could improve the experience.
