some issues detected
faulty air conditioning pool closure
the bed was large and comfortable I liked the shower.
Air conditioning did not work the room became very hot at night. the wifi signal dropped often and sometimes had no internet access. the pool was closed and the area was sealed. This limited our stay.

fantastic stay on the water
clean room helpful staff great food convenient location
I found the rooms to be super clean and the staff very helpful! the restaurant prices seemed good, and the food tasted great. the location worked well, a short walk from the airport and close to town. Everything was convenient. i wouldn't hesitate to return if i visit again.
The telephone next to the bed was quite large and felt a little out of place. That's the only thing i could think of that was even slightly off.

The breakfast offered a great selection of food and everything tasted very fresh. The scrambled eggs were especially good! prices at the hotel's restaurant were reasonable, ensuring good value. service was attentive, with staff members readily available to assist.

The room was spacious and included all necessary amenities, such as a large, comfortable bed. i found the shower to be very good, supplying consistent, hot water. a good view from the room added to its appeal. The room itself was clean.

Luxurious Stay on a Unique Hotel
glass partition caring touch excellent service
The seamless check-in process included a welcome glass of bubbly. The staff ensured i felt special. Bathroom privacy posed a slight challenge since the shower cubicle was visible when the wardrobe door opened. The toilet had only a glass partition, this was unusual. The staff provided excellent service, including caring touches.
A function restricted access to some areas, including bars. Additional bars were not opened for residents at the time. This limited amenity access became an inconvenience.

abrupt staff limited facilities
The breakfast was satisfactory, especially the pastries.
The staff seemed abrupt. The facilities were limited after 7 PM (everything seemed to close early). The view from my room was not good as it was above the staff entrance to the casino.

sound insulation dated gym equipment
the breakfast selection was acceptable.
the room lacked proper soundproofing, and noise from nearby establishments kept me awake several nights. the promised turndown service did not happen . i also found the gym equipment quite dated with some machines out of order.

helpful staff prompt service central location
I found the staff to be very helpful. The room service was prompt and accurate. The location is central, within walking distance of many shops (a short walk) and restaurants. I also appreciated the cleanliness of all public areas.
The lighting system in the room was a bit complex.
