superb location

perfect location bullring view easy parking

i found the location to be perfect for exploring the city center. the room provided a bullring view and surrounding mountains. i easily parked (there were 60 min waiting bays) to check in.

the pool was small (it was 1 meter deep throughout the whole pool).

the hotel's location was magnificent. i walked easily to the puente nuevo. the staff greeted me warmly each day. the breakfast included fresh orange juice and a chef preparing custom orders.

The hotel is central. Finding it was easy. The breakfast had many options. Staff at the reception desk were nice. I found parking not in the same place. It was a short walk away. Parking was very tight, though.

My room had an issue. It was a power outage. This affected rooms. It happened more than once in the night.

internal courtyard view gym noise

the room i booked was not what i expected i had specifically requested a room with a view and was given one overlooking an internal courtyard it felt quite claustrophobic as i couldn't open the curtains without losing all privacy. the noise from the gym above was also a problem especially early in the morning. the equipment sounded like a washing machine during a spin cycle

the location was perfect, just across from the bull ring!!! my room was a beautiful double room, and it was very nice. the staff was also accommodating.

i noticed a slight delay when the valet brought my car around.

The view from the pool and bar area was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection. the location was perfect. It was easy to access nearby parking.

The staff seemed indifferent. I felt unwelcome. the decor in the foyer seemed a bit dated. the room facing the street had excessive traffic noise. even though it was in a narrow street. It was quite loud.
