Convenient Stay Next to the Train Station

The hotel's location is directly next to the train station. This made access very simple. The room included a smart TV. It featured English TV channels and casting capabilities. The city view from the window was a pleasant surprise, especially the train station.

I noticed the room temperature was quite high. Adjusting the air conditioning did not seem to affect it. I learned the hotel operates on a central heating system during winter.

The breakfast buffet featured many options for hot and cold dishes. I noticed various choices for pastries, fruits and hot beverages. There was plenty of space to sit, and the area was refreshed constantly. The buffet included gluten-free alternatives.

the location was excellent for travel. it connected directly to the train station. i found the staff cute. my room was a good size with all the essentials needed.

the area around the hotel felt a bit run down with many beggars.

the classic king room included a comfortable bed, a safe, an iron, and a fridge. the bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. two free bottles of water were provided daily. pillows were perfect!

The room wasn't great. the air conditioning didn't work properly. PLUS, the spaghetti bolognese i ordered through room service was just spaghetti with some mince. I expected more.

This hotel offers a convenient location, right next to the Eurostar train station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Grand Place. Staff members were friendly and eager to assist with any travel needs. I found the city easy to navigate.

I noticed the hotel seems a bit old. The sink had a yellow tint, and the mirror was scratched. The rug was pulled up.
