The hotel has a superb location close to the Grand Place and the central station. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful! The breakfast had a good variety of choices, so I found plenty to eat.

My room could have used a bit more light. The room felt a bit dim.

The breakfast buffet offered many selections, and it included hot and cold options for everyone. It definitely had many choices. I observed the free luggage storage. It allowed early arrivals to explore the city easily, so that was convenient.

The front desk staff was very kind and informative, and they always greeted guests with a smile. The staff gave clear directions and recommendations for local attractions! They were helpful with questions about transportation.

The location was really convenient for exploring. It was easy to reach several attractions. The breakfast offered good choices. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room size was smaller than expected. I found it difficult to manage with luggage. The noise from the street was noticeable. The air conditioning system did not work properly.

The hotel is walking distance from the Central Station. The hotel is also close to the main square and many restaurants. The staff was polite AND helpful.

The room was a bit small for three people. My mom even tripped on the floor. Because there was little space to walk. I THINK a small fridge should be added to the room.

the location worked well. a lot of shops and transport were nearby. rooms were quiet, though the area stayed busy. the staff were nice and breakfast was wonderful.

the room felt small for three people. my mom tripped because there was little space to walk. there was no fridge in the room. the shower lacked a curtain, it was uncommon for me.
