dark corridor faulty aircon
the location was really good
the corridors were dark navigation to my room proved tricky also rooms felt dark this could pose a challenge for some guests plus the aircon did not work properly

excellent hotel stay!
stylish details super clean room friendly staff great location
the hotel has such style! the details are super nice. the room was spacious and super clean. i saw smart wee ideas, like a tablet to search for info or a coffee corner to get a morning cup of coffee. the staff were friendly and helpful from reception to kitchen and bar staff. location offers an absolute benefit. we walked only 5 minutes to a concert. all the shops and restaurants are just around the hotel.
the walls are thin, so we heard other guests. earplugs were supplied, but encouraging guests to be courteous would help.

central location and charming decor
convenient location unique decor tea facility good experience
I found the location very convenient for sightseeing. It is right in the heart of the activities. the hotel has a decor very different from other hotels. coffee and tea making facilities are available. I appreciated this amenity. overall, i considered it a very good experience.
I found that cabs do not go directly to the hotel, pick-up and drop-off being away from the hotel. This was a slight inconvenience.

superb location various selection valuable assistance
The location IS superb. It allowed very easy access to key attractions. The provided breakfast had various selections. This made mornings so simple. The staff demonstrated friendliness. They offered valuable assistance and enhanced my stay greatly.
The room, while clean, lacked sufficient sound insulation from street noise.

location convenient but some issues noticed
loud music inadequate heating
the location proved convenient with main attractions accessible by foot.
my room on the 'a' floor felt quite dark and cold unfortunately. the radiator provided minimal heat. unexpectedly, the floor also housed the entrance to a club which wasn't disclosed, the loud edm music persisted until 3am. staff seemed unable or unwilling to address the noise issue adequately.

The family room was quite spacious. It had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the early check-in since my morning started very early. The hotel staff were excellent, and the location was perfect.
