the hotel is about a five-minute walk from the tram stop. it's also close to a gluten-free cake shop. a map of christmas markets was in the room.. that was a nice touch. the modern bathroom was clean.

the air conditioning was not working . fans were provided. the room was still very warm.

The hotel is near the train station. I found this very convenient. the room was spacious. daily housekeeping was done. It was nice returning to a clean room.

I was informed upon arrival that the air conditioning was not working. the staff seemed embarrassed. i believe management could have done more during the hottest time of year. It was not comfortable.

the breakfast selection included fresh vegetables. staff was helpful and always kept the area clean. the hotel location is near the train station. the walk to the city center is short.

the hotel exterior is clad, WHICH makes finding the entrance DIFFICULT.
