Romantic Riverfront Retreat

The breakfast buffet was a delight. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and variety of fruits available. The room had a travel cot for our baby, complete with crisp, clean sheets. Staff helped us book dining at the last minute and even delivered chocolates for my birthday.

The shower system seemed complex. I struggled a bit to adjust the temperature. It could benefit from clearer instructions.

helpful team excellent location amazing view

the LOCATION proved excellent, very close to attractions. the room had an amazing view. facilities were well kept, and breakfast offered was great.

rooms have a door to a neighbouring room. it was very noisy as a result. our neighbours watched tv until 2am. i woke up two nights because of that.

The room had a great view. Breakfast had a fantastic and abundant selection. High service levels from the staff were evident. They offered gluten-free bread. The location provided easy access to attractions and transportation.

The room had a door to a neighbouring room, it made it very noisy when the neighbours watched tv late!

The location proved convenient, especially for access to transport. the room featured a spacious layout. the provided breakfast offered an abundant selection and high quality food. I appreciated the gluten-free bread options and the attentive service from the staff. they bake it fresh every day.

The room temperature was difficult to manage. The cooling system was not effective. i could not open windows for fresh air. it made sleeping uncomfortable.

limited view noisy hotel

i was expecting a better room for that price. there wasnt much of a view. only three english channels were available, annoying and the cordless phone kept beeping until i turned it off. the hotel was noisy, with trolleys and doors slamming all night. its wasn't great.
