the hotel is VERY close to the airport, only a five-minute walk. My room was basic in size, but it served its purpose well. the restaurant had excellent food. i found the place cosy and cute.

the room was stuffy even when i adjusted the temperature and this did not help much.

The hotel offered easy access to the airport. It was a short walk. free trams run into town every few minutes.. this was a major convenience. the room had adjustable air conditioning and effective blackout blinds. i found the room clean and spacious enough for luggage.

i noticed the tv offered channel selections only in french, german, and english, a detail to note for travelers expecting broader language options.

The hotel offered a luggage storage facility before and after check-in. This was very useful. buses to central luxembourg depart right outside. these buses run four times per hour and are free. the walk from the airport took less than ten minutes..

i noticed a ventilation fan above the room entrance. it remained on constantly, regardless of thermostat settings.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room had blackout blinds, amazing for sleeping in late. the air conditioning worked well, great to adjust the temperature as needed. the television offered channels in several languages, a definite plus.

I did notice the walls seemed thin. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

The room wasnt great. the pillows were terrible and went flat as soon as i put my head on them. there was no hand towel, only two big towels. also, the heating wasnt working. It was freezing in the bar and restaurant area, and i didnt get any apology for this, just a normal bill.

The location near the airport helped me a lot. The hotel restaurant offered nice food for dinner. Breakfasts had great options too, I appreciated that.

The staff at the bar acted rude. They disrespected me, it was unpleasant. I think this give the hotel a bad image. Not good.

The location proved very convenient. the short walk from the terminal was helpful. i found the front desk to be staffed 24 hours a day though it was late when i arrived. the bar remained open. This made my arrival smoother.

The room was perhaps not as soundproof as i would prefer. I could hear noises from the adjacent room at night.
