i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room had blackout blinds, amazing for sleeping in late. the air conditioning worked well, great to adjust the temperature as needed. the television offered channels in several languages, a definite plus.

I did notice the walls seemed thin. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

the double room included a hairdryer and toiletries. clean linen covered the bed. room temperature was adjustable using the air conditioning, great for individual comfort!!!

the front desk was very accommodating and knowledgeable. i received directions and assistance planning my travels. the hotel restaurant was available. the staff always greeted me with a smile!!!

The room wasnt great. the pillows were terrible and went flat as soon as i put my head on them. there was no hand towel, only two big towels. also, the heating wasnt working. It was freezing in the bar and restaurant area, and i didnt get any apology for this, just a normal bill.

The location near the airport helped me a lot. The hotel restaurant offered nice food for dinner. Breakfasts had great options too, I appreciated that.

The staff at the bar acted rude. They disrespected me, it was unpleasant. I think this give the hotel a bad image. Not good.

The location proved very convenient. the short walk from the terminal was helpful. i found the front desk to be staffed 24 hours a day though it was late when i arrived. the bar remained open. This made my arrival smoother.

The room was perhaps not as soundproof as i would prefer. I could hear noises from the adjacent room at night.
