The reception staff was kind. They aided with several questions. the hotel's proximity meant many attractions were within walking distance. also, it was conveniently near the bus to the airport. however, our room was a bit damp, difficult to reuse towels as we'd hoped, showing a minor flaw in our otherwise perfect stay.

I noticed the room ventilation system could use some attention. It was a bit noisy. we had some disturbances from an event nearby, lasting until quite late at night, around 2 a.m. i really hope they fix the ventilation and improve the soundproofing . It would make such a difference for a restful night.
