the front desk staff was friendly and professional I really appreciated their warm welcome. the complimentary chocolate cookies were a good treat upon arrival. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of high-quality options including gluten-free and vegan choices it was great.

the breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special.

the shower had cold water, a problem i reported right away. i was expecting the staff to fix it quickly, but they did nothing during my entire stay. i had to change rooms, but they only offered me a twin room instead of the room i had paid for.
