My superior single room had a strong unpleasant odor from the bathroom. I also noticed stained carpet and marked walls. The maintenance felt neglected, detracting from the hotel's historic charm.

This hotel location is prime. it's a stones throw from a private parking spot. Super convenient i tell you. my room was huge, and the super nice team with directions. breakfast? amazing, especially since they stick to the 10 am cutoff for breakfast.

The bathroom felt a bit retro. It was like stepping back to the 70s, i am not gonna lie.

My room was massive. It was very clean and quite comfortable. the room offered lovely views to the gelle fra. It really is beautiful. the heating worked perfectly in my room.

the staff were always ready to assist, it was great. i also got clear instructions on where i could safely leave my motorcycle nearby. breakfast staff made mornings amazing, a excellent way to begin the day.

dusty surfacesmalfunctioning shower

the room assigned wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. dust coated surfaces, i found it unpleasant. the bathroom felt outdated and NOT maintained well. the shower barely worked. breakfast was disappointing, the options were limited.
