acceptable locationfaulty doorchipped walls
the location was acceptable with transport links nearby.
i found the room needing some attention, as the balcony door did not close properly. this meant a very cold room, even with the heating turned up.. it. the walls also had some noticeable chips, alongside the door frames needing a refresh.

the room was spacious. it featured a comfortable, large bed. i appreciated the terrace facing the port. i also found the bathroom offered both two sinks and a shower.
the gym's air conditioning did not work well, made workouts slightly uncomfortable.

the hotel is located close to the port. i found a supermarket and a cafe right outside. other restaurants and shops are less than ten minutes away, so that was convenient.

The room provided easy access to the hotel grounds. I walked through the entrance near Porto Pi. The room had a BIG round bed. It was very comfortable. The staff was AMAZING, and the rooftop views were beautiful. The prices at the bar WERE reasonable.
I noticed the gym only had a couple of treadmills.

The reception staff offered quick and friendly assistance for any requests. The employees at the reception desks showed professional skills when solving any problem. I felt welcome. They were always ready to help me with any situation.

the room was super clean, i mean super clean. the staff was friendly, always ready to help with a smile, really lovely people. breakfast was AMAZING!!! so much choice, i definitely ate too much.
the air conditioning was not the best. it worked, but it wasn't super cold, a bummer. the walls seemed thin. i could hear the neighbors talking sometimes and the location required a bit of walking to reach the city center.

The location works. It is near bus stops. Made getting around easy. The pool area had plentiful space for all guests. The staff was accommodating, very helpful too. Breakfast includes many tasty options, I tried several.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear, it need some maintenance.
