Inconsistent Service and Overrated Features

My stay had some issues. The breakfast service was slow and disorganized. It felt chaotic. I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for simple requests (even for coffee!). the promised golf facilities were not up to par with what I expected. The course looked neglected and several holes were in poor condition (which was a letdown).
