The staff was lovely and accommodating to all our needs. I felt so welcome. the location was great too. It was close to the main beach and boulevard with shops and restaurants. the lifeguard present at the pool area was attentive. there was also entertainment for everyone.
The gym on site is a little small. It has the basics but not much more.

The rooms include a kitchenette with an electric hob. A sink and a fridge are also there. the bathrooms look recently refurbished with a built-in walk-in shower and a nice shower screen. also, the rooms are spacious and clean.

This hotel is central. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. the hotel is also a short walk to the main beach. local amenities are very close. About a 2-5 minute walk.

the restaurant has a clear focus on hygiene. the food tasted fresh and had quality ingredients. the food was also very good and not repetitive. there was good variable choice of food.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff are happy and cute. reception staff are also lovely. They know exactly what they are doing. the bar and waiting staff worked hard and were super lovely.

i found the room spacious and modern with effective air conditioning. i appreciated the short walk to the beach and nearby bars. the pool area was clean and well maintained. i really liked the slides and deeper pool.
i noticed some noise from other guests at times. the cups had a deposit fee.

i stayed for a week with my family we found the pool area lovely and cleaned daily there were always plenty of beds available the location was perfect as it was close to the beach restaurants and bars we had apartments next door to each other overlooking the pool the apartments were clean with enough space
the bar area closed at 11pm i think they should extend that time so people can have a drink in the evening i found this disappointing as i like to relax in the evening
