I cherish how everything is available within the resort. A true convenience. the staff shows genuine warmth, a refreshing experience. it eased my mind allowing my children to roam freely in a safe environment.
i found the front desk's response to my mold concern rather dismissive, it. i did manage with open windows. i wish they addressed such issues more proactively.

The villa was very clean. It had a shared outside pool for every eight villas, and it was nice and quiet. Only a few families used the pool at a time. The grounds had lots of gardens and wildlife.

The staff offered considerate assistance and helped reduce the burden after a flight cancellation (this was especially helpful!). They ensured proper accommodation for my friend and her family.
