I found the staff friendly and helpful. They clearly worked hard. the gym was a great addition, offering modern equipment and a clean workout space. i appreciated the superb location, near many shops and restaurants. the hotel maintained a super clean environment.

i noticed some noise from nearby bars at night! though, it didn't bother me much.

The hotel staff was very cute! They offered me a drink upon arrival. The food variety was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the themed nights. The location is fantastic. Shops and the beach are only a short walk away.

The breakfast setup was a bit chaotic, to be honest! There were only four coffee machines for the entire dining room, and they were slow. Getting toast was also a pain since the conveyor toaster needed multiple passes, it was frustrating. the pillows in the room were not comfortable, I had to pay extra for an upgrade. I don't know why they don't provide decent pillows as standard. It seems ridiculous.
