the reception staff were friendly when i arrived. my room was super clean. air conditioning worked very well. the pool area was cool and easy to access using the steps. i always found a sunbed either by the pool or in the garden, it was a nice touch to get a complimentary bottle of wine.

it was a very small thing, but the sunbeds were very close together.

the breakfast options were varied. the lady at the restaurant, renata, was very pleasant to chat with. the maid service was also very good. room 174 was very clean and well-kept .

the shower water sometimes smelled like bad eggs. the water pressure was also weak. a shower upgrade is needed.

I enjoyed the spacious superior double room. The reception staff were efficient and friendly.. they confirmed my flight details before checkout. The housekeeping service was immaculate each day. Restaurant personnel were always helpful, and the food consistently was high quality.

The pool area was somewhat crowded. Sunbeds were positioned close together, difficult to move around.
