serene escape in a lovely location
friendly reception super clean room good air conditioning easy pool access
the reception staff were friendly when i arrived. my room was super clean. air conditioning worked very well. the pool area was cool and easy to access using the steps. i always found a sunbed either by the pool or in the garden, it was a nice touch to get a complimentary bottle of wine.
it was a very small thing, but the sunbeds were very close together.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices every morning. the variety included something for everyone. the food tasted great. i loved the hotel breakfast, everything was delicious.

The hotel is in a great area. i found souvenir shops close by. there were also bars with cocktails. the marina offered excellent restaurants and cafes. It was a beautiful walk.

the atmosphere created by all the hotel staff felt amazing. i was very impressed. the cleanliness of the entire hotel met a very high standard. my room was cleaned every day by diligent staff.

charmed with the excellent staff
breakfast options pleasant lady good service
the breakfast options were varied. the lady at the restaurant, renata, was very pleasant to chat with. the maid service was also very good. room 174 was very clean and well-kept .
the shower water sometimes smelled like bad eggs. the water pressure was also weak. a shower upgrade is needed.

the staff was very nice and accommodating! they seemed to address every need of the guests efficiently. the reception staff provided a warm welcome. they gave very helpful information about local attractions.

my room was light and bright, it had useful tea and coffee facilities. there was a good sized fridge in the room! i also enjoyed the very large bed. the rooms appear clean and well kept.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities
spacious room efficient staff high quality food
I enjoyed the spacious superior double room. The reception staff were efficient and friendly.. they confirmed my flight details before checkout. The housekeeping service was immaculate each day. Restaurant personnel were always helpful, and the food consistently was high quality.
The pool area was somewhat crowded. Sunbeds were positioned close together, difficult to move around.
