The splash pool had a wonderful clean. My little boy loved it. All the staff were friendly, especially the entertainment team. They helped a lot and get you involved in games to win a medal and certificate. The pools were lovely and clean.
The hotel served food. There was not much variety. No child food selection happened.

The food had good variety. I saw they labeled allergens clearly. The chef made me a separate plate of gluten-free chips. I appreciated this effort. The room included a fridge, kettle, and microwave. These amenities were really useful for my stay.
The gym has very few equipment.

The staff assisted me well and had a positive attitude at all times. We stayed as a group of four for ten nights.
I did not appreciate that there were no designated smoking areas. The pool area allowed smoking, and I ended up breathing a lot of tobacco smoke , which was disgusting. This greatly detracted from my experience.

My room included a useful fridge. There was also a kettle for making tea. The microwave was another great addition. I found this Double Room spacious.
The adult entertainment started quite late each evening. This was a slight inconvenience.

The pools were very clean. I liked that the hotel provided transfer service to the beach. Food was tasty at the restaurant. I enjoyed the fresh bread rolls.
