clean rooms communal area tireless staff

The hotel kept communal areas very clean. Staff worked tirelessly to clean public spaces often. Rooms were always clean. This was fantastic!!!

The air conditioning could have been more powerful. It kept the room only a bit cooler.

friendly staff super clean bedroom free bus

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! the cleanliness was great. I mean, seriously super clean bedrooms, pool areas, and dining spaces. i also appreciated the free buses running to palma and the waterparks!

the queues at the bar were sometimes long with only one server on duty.
