i found the location convenient near shops and transport options the sandy beach was a short walk the room included necessary amenities for cooking i appreciated the german speaking staff at reception they provided helpful assistance.
the hotel could benefit from adding some gym facilities i also noted that shower gel and a cleaning kit were not provided upon arrival it was a very minor inconvenience.

the apartment included a very clean balcony the beds were clean upon arrival the shower was also very clean there was a nice view from the balcony too.

the hotel features a comfortable pool area with ample space the reception staff was helpful and friendly a shop is located within the hotel offering convenience .

the staff consistently offered assistance and kindness i found them very cute the reception staff addressed requests efficiently and kinda i felt supported throughout my stay because of them.

the hotel is a brief walk from the local sandy beach shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are close by the bus stop to palma is nearby this bus also provides direct access to the airport.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The pool was very nice and clean. The receptionist was also nice to everyone..
The room I was given was not the one I had booked. They did not mention this difference or refund it. I found this quite upsetting.

The staff was very helpful. i found the location to be great with bars and food places nearby. the on-site shop proved very handy. It was reasonably priced for essential items. i was happy with the location. and the great services.
the free taxi transfer took me to the wrong accommodation initially.
