Towels were changed daily i THINK. The hotel has ramps EVERYWHERE for people with reduced mobility, a MAJOR plus.
the hotel breakfast was okay but often COLD. i think the breakfast service could be better

the room was a nice size. the bed was huge and very comfortable!!! the pillows were comfortable too, and there is a pillow menu if you want to change them. the breakfast buffet was vast. it had choices of full english, continental, fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurt.
the walls are thin, and you could hear everything.

the location was excellent. the beach was a short walk. the pool area was peaceful. i thought the staff were friendly and very helpful. i upgraded to a room with a balcony that included access to the sky lounge. i used the sky lounge frequently.

The room was clean and modern. The hotel was located right on the seafront with a gate near the pool. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The food was not good. It was cold and not replenished often enough. The choice was poor and leftovers looked on the salad bar.

The hotel has a super location. It is straight out onto the front via the front gate. A lift is included if needed and the hotel is close to services.

The breakfast had many options and everything tasted fresh. The hotel offers easy access to the beach. The gym was nice with modern equipment. The sun terrace included comfortable balinese beds and pretty views.
The check-in process was quite slow.

the hotel looked great at first. the room had a decent size but the furniture felt cheap. some extra costs came up like the sky lounge access? and parking. the food was sometimes not good. there wasn't much variety especially in appetizers and desserts.
